Community Court Liaison Academy

COMMUNITY COURT LIAISON ACADEMY

The Institute for Democracy and Justice would like to partner with YOUR Superior Courthouse to facilitate, host, and run the Community Court Liaison Academy. Picking up where many courts left off when the Great Recession reduced court funding for programs such as this, IDJCA would like to work with you and your judges to educate, engage, and empower our local communities with the tools and resources they need to represent their constituents.

Purpose:

The purpose of the Community Court Liaison Academy (CCLA) is to create relationships with members of the community by sharing ideas and experiences with one another. We seek to increase civic education relating to the judicial branch and to improve public understanding for and respect of the courts as a third and co-equal branch of government.
